She Bee Style (ABN 20 883 118 793) (we, us, our) is committed to providing quality services to you. SizeMuse is a product of She Bee Style. This policy explains how we manage your personal information across our websites www.shebee.com.au and www.sizemuse.com.au and the SizeMuse size-finding tool.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your personal information. What is personal information and why do we collect it?

Personal information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. The personal information we collect includes: your name, email address, phone number and postal address; and, when you use the SizeMuse tool, the body measurements and brand and size selections you enter to receive a size recommendation.

We collect this information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, giving you a size recommendation, responding to enquiries and marketing. We may also use it for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose where you would reasonably expect it. You can unsubscribe from our marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us in writing.

Where appropriate and possible, we will explain why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it at the time we collect it.

How we collect your information

We collect personal information in a number of ways, including: directly from you through consultations, online meetings, correspondence, phone and email; when you enter details into the SizeMuse tool or a form on our website; through cookies and similar technologies (see below); and, in some cases, from third parties or publicly available sources.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to help the site function, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used and support our advertising. This includes analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set cookies and collect information such as your device, browser and the pages you view. These tools are provided by third parties who handle that information under their own privacy policies.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies some parts of the site may not work as intended.

Affiliate links and third-party retailers

SizeMuse may include affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We will make this commercial relationship clear where these links appear.

When you click an affiliate link you leave our site and the retailer or affiliate network may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, a referral or click identifier, and details of your visit and any purchase, so the sale can be attributed to us. This information is collected and handled by those third parties under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We receive only limited, generally aggregated or de-identified reporting about referrals and commissions, not your payment card details.

We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any retailer or network before you provide information to them. We do not guarantee the content or privacy practices of third-party websites we link to.

Service providers and third parties we share information with

We use trusted third-party providers to run SizeMuse and She Bee Style, and we share personal information with them only as needed to deliver our services. These include our website and funnel platform (GoHighLevel, provided through Ivorey), our size-data and automation tools (Airtable and Make.com), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email and advertising platforms (including Meta). Where reasonable and practicable we collect your personal information only from you; where a third party provides us with information, we take reasonable steps to make you aware of it.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. By using our services you acknowledge that your personal information may be stored or processed overseas. Where we disclose personal information to overseas recipients we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Sensitive information

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information about a person's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union or professional memberships, criminal record or health information. We generally do not seek sensitive information. Where we do, we will use it only for the primary purpose for which it was obtained, for a directly related secondary purpose, with your consent, or where required or authorised by law.

Disclosure of your personal information

Your personal information may be disclosed: to the service providers described above so they can perform services for us; to third parties where you consent; and where required or authorised by law.

Security and retention of your personal information

Your personal information is stored in a way that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it, unless we are required to keep it. Most personal information held in client files is kept for a minimum of 7 years.

Data breaches

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information is involved, we will respond in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act, including notifying affected individuals and the OAIC where required.

Access to and correction of your personal information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to update or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. Please contact us in writing. We will not charge a fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy. To protect your information we may require identification before releasing it.

It is important that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If anything we hold is out of date or incorrect, please let us know so we can update our records.
