SizeMuse Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and She Bee Style (ABN 20 883 118 793) (we, us). SizeMuse is a product of She Bee Style. By creating an account or buying a subscription you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].

2. What SizeMuse is (and is not)

SizeMuse helps you estimate your clothing size across Australian brands using each brand's published size information. It is guidance, not a guarantee. Brands change their sizing without notice, garments vary by cut and fabric, and fit is personal. You are responsible for your own purchase decisions.

We work hard to keep brand data current and accurate but we do not promise it is complete, current or error free at all times.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You must be at least 16 to create an account. One account per person.

4. Subscriptions and billing

SizeMuse Premium is offered as an annual subscription in Australian dollars: $19 per year for Founding Members (the first 50 members) and $39 per year at the standard rate. We may also offer a monthly plan in future; if we do, its price and billing cycle will be shown at checkout. Prices do not include GST because we are not currently registered for GST. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your card is charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. We tell you this at checkout and in your welcome email.

If a payment fails we will retry and email you. If it still fails after 14 days your Premium access pauses until payment succeeds.

5. Founding Member pricing

Founding Member places are limited to the first 50 members. If you join as a Founding Member, your price stays at $19 per year and will not increase for as long as your subscription remains active and continuous. If your subscription lapses or you cancel, the Founding Member rate and any remaining Founding Member places may no longer be available, and the standard rate then applies.

6. Price changes and renewal reminders

Aside from the Founding Member price lock in clause 5, if we change the price of your plan we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before your next renewal and you will not be charged it. For annual plans we will email you a reminder before each renewal.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected], and, once available, from your account in our customer portal. Cancelling is as easy as signing up and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Premium access until then and no further charges are made.

We do not refund the unused part of a billing period for a change of mind, but nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (clause 8).

8. Refunds and the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If SizeMuse Premium has a major problem you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. For problems that are not major, we will fix them within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Fair use

Premium is for your personal use. Do not scrape, resell, copy at scale or reverse engineer the service or its data, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or close accounts that do, refunding any unused prepaid period unless the breach is serious.

10. Intellectual property

The SizeMuse name, logo, site content and our compiled sizing database belong to us or our licensors. Brand names remain the property of their owners and are used only to identify their published sizing. You get a personal licence to use the service, nothing more.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at www.sizemuse.com.au/privacy explains what we collect and why. It forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to the service and these terms

We are a young product and features will evolve. We may update these terms; if a change materially reduces your rights we will email you at least 30 days ahead and you can cancel before it applies. The version on our website is the current one.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8, our total liability to you is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as the cost of clothing purchases made using our guidance.

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still applies. Last updated: 29 July 2026.
